Our semi-custom service allows you to infuse your personal style into our designs. Choose your favorite epoxy colors or theme. We use our pre-existing templates to give you a personalized masterpiece.

Semi-Custom Design Details

  • The "Semi-Custom" Boundary: Semi-custom orders utilize our pre-existing rectangular mold sizes: 19" x 11", 15.7" x 9.8", and 11.4” x 7.5”. These templates allow us to offer personalized art with a faster turnaround. For dimensions or shapes outside of these templates, please explore our Full Custom options.

  • Color Customization: Choose from our curated palette of high-quality metallic pigments and translucent tints. Whether you’re looking for a bold "river" contrast or a subtle, glass-like finish, we can match the epoxy to your home’s aesthetic.

  • Timber Selection: Each semi-custom piece is paired with premium, kiln-dried hardwoods. While the dimensions are set, the grain, knots, and "live edge" character of the wood will be entirely unique to your board.

  • Artisanal Finish: Every board is meticulously sanded to a high-grain finish and sealed with a hand-rubbed, food-safe oil that protects the wood while making the epoxy shimmer.

Materials & Quality

  • Professional Grade Epoxy: We use only premium, VOC-free, and UV-resistant resins. This ensures your piece remains crystal clear and resists yellowing over time.

  • Food Safety: Our semi-custom charcuterie and serving boards are finished with Food-Grade, BPA-free epoxy and organic mineral oils, making them safe for all your hosting needs.

  • Local Sourcing: We take pride in using salvaged and local timber whenever possible, ensuring your piece is as sustainable as it is beautiful.

Care & Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Hand-wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Never submerge the board in water or place it in a dishwasher, as the heat and moisture will damage the natural wood.

  • Conditioning: To maintain the luster of the wood, we recommend applying a food-safe wood conditioner or "board butter" every 3–6 months, or whenever the wood begins to feel dry.

  • Surface Protection: While our epoxy is durable, it can be scratched by sharp knives. We recommend using the wood portions of the board for heavy cutting and the epoxy sections for presentation.
